Message If you don't mind paying extra for great service, then you can't go wrong with them.

I bought my head unit from them and probably paid about $15 more than I would have elsewhere. When I had a problem with it, I sent it back, and they sent me a new one with one phone call.

I have bought other things from other vendors, and have been sometimes happy, sometimes not with their service.

YMMV, I guess.
